Indications
This medicine is used to treat endogenous eczema (an inherent tendency to develop dermatitis on the skin), including atopic dermatitis (a condition that makes your skin red and itchy. It is chronic and tends to flare periodically. It may be accompanied by asthma or hay fever) and neurodermatitis (a skin condition that starts with an itchy patch of skin. Scratching makes it even itchier). It is also indicated for the treatment of contact dermatitis (a red, itchy rash caused by direct contact with a substance or an allergic reaction to it), degenerative, dyshidrotic (skin condition in which blisters develop on the soles of your feet and/or the palms of your hands. Contraindications

Directions for use
- Hands should be washed and dried. Clean and dry the afflicted area before applying the medicine. Spread a thin layer of this medicine to the area affected and lightly rub it in, as instructed by your doctor, usually 1-2 times per day.
- Unless your doctor tells you to, do not bandage, wrap, or cover the affected area.
- If you are taking this prescription as a lotion, give it a good shake before each dose.
- Unless you are using Provate-G to treat your hands, wash your hands after applying it. Avoid getting Provate-G in your eyes while applying it near your eyes, since this might aggravate or cause glaucoma.
